Did you generate two separate keys? You need one key for the Logic block (“HSConnect SONOS Pro (32 Zones)”) and a separate key for the QC Plugin (“HSConnect SONOS Pro Plugin”) – at least if using v5 or higher, i guess?
I must admit that i never got to test those Logic blocks or Plugins myself as i dont have a Sonos system.
Grot switched some values in their Key generation at some point – i guess the keys between v4.1 and v5 need to be generated differently
